BIGSOUND Buzz Act Friendships Member Injured In CMJ Accident

A member of WA duo Friendships has been hospitalised this past weekend following an unfortunate injury while in New York for the annual CMJ Music Marathon. 

As the BIGSOUND act announced on their Facebook page, Misha Grace broke her humerus after falling from a roof.

"our beautiful, brave & talented visionary Misha Grace, will be unable to perform our remaining CMJ // USA shows," the post read, which was accompanied by a shot of Grace laying in a hospital bed with a neck brace.

"she took a huge tumble off a roof in bushwick early yesterday morning. luckily her shoulder took the force of the 5 meter fall (head, brain and back are fine). she escaped with just a broken humerus. everyone's love and support has been amazing". 

The post went on to read that Grace will not perform any more shows during CMJ with the band, which will now feature as audio-only performances.

Thankfully, a series of Instagram photos uploaded by the band and their manager showed Grace in good spirits, who even enjoyed a pizza with her band mate at the hospital.
