It's been a big year for the pairing of Tom Iansek and Joanna Syme since they released their acclaim second album Not Art. The band have toured the record extensively around the country, not to mention all the award nominations they collected along the way. The album's success came full circle with the AMP win, which saw Big Scary beat out a host of other impressive names such as Jagwar Ma, Jen Cloher, Horrorshow and Cloud Control.
The band recently released the LP in the States and are extensively touring there and in Canada this month and next.
