Bert McCracken injured after falling offstage

Bert McCracken, the frontman of prolific Utah emo act The Used, has fallen offstage and broken his hand and elbow during a live show. The accident occurred while the band played their song "The Taste Of Ink" during the band's set at California's Musink Tattoo & Music Festival last weekend. The band tweeted the following in relation to the accident: "Thanks for comin to the show tonight. Bert will be ok but his elbow is definitely fucked up. Hospital tomorrow for sure."After visiting hospital McCracken posted, "Just found out my left hand is broken as well as my right elbow. A show I will never forget. Love, Bert." The Used are due to release their fifth studio album sometime in mid-2011.
