The new LP from Poison City dirge-rock lords Batpiss will see them embark on a headline tour this August.
With new single Paralyzed released today, the Melbourne three-piece drop their third album, Rest In Piss, on July 14.
The band’s raw and gritty edge was channelled by The Drones’ Gareth Liddiard, who acted as engineer and producer, while Paul Piss provided its cover art.
“I'd been mucking around with some messy portraits and abstract stuff using oils and oil pastels,” he said.
“The album itself is about dead mates and some of the stuff that comes with missing them, so we settled on the face, and the title pretty easily.”
