Bastardfest Finalise Line Ups (Well, Almost)

Apart from a special headliner still to be announced, the Bastardfest bills have been finalised.

The mammoth Bastardfest event, which this year goes completely national, has almost completely been filled to capacity with just the big headliner announcement for the Brisbane, Melbourne and Canberra dates to come.

Joining the action at Brisbane's The Hi-Fi on Saturday 13 October is the Special Guest Headliner TBA as well as Queensland talent like The Archivist, Inhailed, Idylls and Magnertron.

At Adelaide's Fowler's Live on Saturday 20 October previously announced acts will be joined by Desecrator, Guantanamo Bay City Rollers and Exerthur.

The two shows at Hobart's Brisbane Hotel (all ages and 18+) on Saturday 20 October now also feature Boris The Blade, Incarcerate, Kingparrot, Idylls, Michael Crafter and Ruin Of Gaia (all ages only).

In Canberra the show at The Basement on Friday 9 November has been bolstered with the addition of Alice Through The Windshield Glass and Futility. While the Saturday 10 show at the same venue will now feature Captain Cleanoff, Mytile Vey Lorth, House Of Thumbs, Descending Upon Eden and Law Of The Tongue.

New South Wales power-metal champions Lord and local favourites Seed join the Darwin bill, which hits Browns Mart on Saturday 10 December.

Finally, the Sandringham Hotel in Sydney will be playing host to Beyond Terror Beyond Grace, As Silence Breaks, Alice Through The Windshield Glass, War Faction and Animistic when the festival takes place at that venue on Saturday 17 November.
