Barn Owl Announce Australian Tour

San Francisco-based outfit Barn Owl will play three special shows here in Australia this August.

The duo will headline the opening party of the Totally Huge New Music Festival in Perth, plus they'll take the stage in Sydney and Melbourne for two intimate club shows.

The pairing of Jon Porras and Evan Caminiti are back with their fifth album, aptly titled V and you can expect a range of sounds on this one, much like the rest of their catalogue. The band's music has been described as everything from guitar-drone to desert rock - whatever you want to call it, it's pretty mesmerising regardless.
