Californian rockers Avenged Sevenfold have finished recording their new studio album according to guitarist Zacky Vengeance.
Vengeance posted the following message on the band’s Twitter page recently:
"Tracking is complete. There are no words that will ever describe the feeling of listening to this album while driving home alone at 4 am.- zv"
The yet to be titled album is the first musical offering from the band since long-time drummer James ‘The Rev’ Sullivan passed away late last year.
Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater) recorded all the drum tracks in the studio, with the new full length slated for a mid-year release.
