Red Bull Music Academy has announced its Australian tribute for the 20th-anniversary edition of the prestigious event.
Sydney producer Elizabeth Maniscalco, otherwise known as BRUX, is one of the 61 lucky participants selected from around the globe to participate in five weeks of lectures, studio sessions and one-of-a-kind music events in Berlin.
Fans might remember Maniscalco from her former stage name, Elizabeth Rose, where she slayed with her debut album, 2016’s Intra.
Now reimagined with a heavier, darker sound, Maniscalco will join participants from 37 different countries including Kenya, South Korea, Russia and more at the academy in September.
Australian Academy alumni include Ross McHenry, Phoebe Kiddo and Moving Ninja.
