Aussie Hit Clocks 2 Billion: ‘It Was Never Supposed To Be On Radio Or Streaming’

VASSY has announced that her hit single, Bad with David Guetta & Showtek has hit one billion streams on YouTube, which brings the total amount of streams across all platforms to over two billion. 

Guetta spoke out on the track's success, stating, “Bad 1B views on Youtube, wow! I remember releasing this record between two albums as a DJ tool. It was never supposed to be on the radio or streaming. Million thanks to Showtek & VASSY for this little miracle and Oliver Boscovitch for the genius video.”

Vassy reflected this sentiment, stating, "BAD hit 1 BILLION Views on YouTube. Thank u for making history with US. David Guetta, Showtek, we have almost 2 Billion streams in all..there’s 6 billion people on the planet!! Insane!”

The single has now gone 7x Double Platinum, 2x Gold and #1 in over 30 countries.
