Organisers issue statement.

Organisers of Australian dance event Project Zero have today axed all dates just weeks before the shows were scheduled to take place.

In a statement posted online today the team behind the trance and hardstyle gigs, who also worked on Sydney's Sensation festival last month, confirmed the cancellation.

"We regret to inform you that due to circumstances outside of the artists control and ours, Dance Nation Australia and their presenting partners are no longer able to move forward with Project Zero events," the statement reads.

"Despite the work from all of those involved to put together an amazing line up and series of events, regretfully we had to make the decision to cancel the upcoming Project Zero shows in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide."
