August Burns Red Announce 2026 Australian Tour

American metalcore titans August Burns Red are making their way back to Australia and New Zealand in 2026, today announcing their first headline dates Down Under in seven years.

The Lancaster, Pennsylvania outfit has tour dates booked for September and October 2026, where they’ll be joined by rising Australian heavy group Bloom and Texas five-piece I Promised The World. Last in Australia opening arena shows for Polaris in 2023, now it’s August Burns Red’s turn to be under the spotlight.

The tour begins at Freo.Social on Sunday, 27 September. From there, the bands head to Adelaide’s The Gov on Tuesday, 29 September, Melbourne’s 170 Russell on Thursday, 1 October, Sydney’s Liberty Hall on Friday, 2 October, Newcastle’s King St Bandroom on Saturday, 3 October, and Brisbane’s The Tivoli on Sunday, 4 October.

After the Australian dates, August Burns Red and friends journey to New Zealand, performing at Wellington’s San Fran on Wednesday, 7 October, and Auckland’s Powerstation on Thursday, 8 October.
