He'll be on the road from next month through to October
Renowned troubadour and affable everyman Ash Grunwald has announced that he'll be hitting the road from next month for an epic national tour that will see him traverse the country right through till October.
Having recently returned from an American odyssey with good mate Xavier Rudd recently, during which he was signed to the famed Agency Group (Bad Brains, Blackalicious, Dead Kennedys, Gary Numan, The Pogues, Lauryn Hill and Mr Rudd himself), Grunwald is more than ready to bring his well-honed skills and polished performances home for the benefit of local audiences.
He'll start his sojourn at the Townsville Cultural Festival on August 15, before heading to south-east Queensland's Springwood and Blue Mountain hotels, the Golden Vine Hotel in Victoria, Chelsea Heights, Village Green, The Kooroora Hotel and Swindlers Tavern – and that's all before the end of that month.
He's got an appearance at the jam-packed BIGSOUND conference in early September amid all the travelling, which resumes at Currumbin's Sound Lounge on the 12th and sees him sing his heart out to audiences in three states until October 5.
