Angus Stone has almost cracked The Voice's stranglehold on the ARIA Album Charts this week, with his latest solo record Broken Brights.

Midweek figures had indicated that it would likely challenge for the top spots on the chart, but it has been held out by Karise Eden's My Journey, which holds down the top spot for a fourth week. It was a week in which three other reality TV contestants released album with Darren Percival making it a all-local top trio with Happy Home at three, Rachael Leahcar's Shooting Star is at five and Sarah De Bono's No Shame is at seven.

Outside of those releases, local post-hardcore outfit House Vs Hurricane enjoyed an impressive debut at 20 with their album Crooked Teeth.

Only released on Monday rather than the traditional Friday, a reduced shelf-time meant that Nas could only manage 27 this week while the re-issue of Icehouse's Man Of Colours allowed the album to re-enter at 30.
