Angels & Airwaves to record new album

"Poppy music is coming back again. When everybody is out of work long..."

The San Diego Reader has reported that Angels & Airwaves will be hitting the studio in January to record the follow up to 'I-empire'.

The article also flirts with the possibility of Angels & Airwaves singer Tom Delonge’s former band (Blink182) reforming, with a secret source saying, "Poppy music is coming back again. When everybody [originally in blink-182] is out of work long enough, we may see them get back together."

According to the bands Wikipedia page, "Upon fiddling randomly for several weeks with the band's logo, Tom suddenly realized that if he were to invert the middle A of the acronym (A)ngels (A)nd (A)irwaves into what appeared to be a V, he would have the name of his daughter, Ava."

In other news singer Tom Delonge has been nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize for his work for the peaceful termination of the apartheid regime, and for laying the foundations for a new democratic South Africa.
