Is new music on the way?
Angels & Airwaves have teased their long-awaited return with a cryptic post on social media today.
The Tom Delonge-fronted band, who last released new music with 2016 EP Chasing Shadows, issued a post reading, "Back before we were broken-hearted? 4_30" with fans speculating the post hints their return will be confirmed next Tuesday (30 April).
Delonge has made no secret AVA are hard at work in the studio and has regularly posted videos and photos in the studio with drummer Iian Rubin.

The 43-year-old frontman has been busy building his media company To The Stars in the past few years and announced in late 2018 that his graphic novel, Strange Times, is being developed into an animated TV series and will premiere on US network TBS.
Meanwhile Delonge's former band, blink-182, are gearing up to release the follow up to 2016's Grammy-nominated California in the next few months.
Speaking to The Music last month, Mark Hoppus said blink have written "about 50 songs" for the record.
"We plan on having the album out by the summer in the States," he said.
"We're writing a really great blink album and I can't wait for people to hear it."
