Immersive, deep listening series ALL EARS will debut at five inner-west Sydney breweries this March and April, transforming dynamic breweries into eclectic sonic spaces as an Australian-first deep listening experience.

Inspired by Tokyo’s legendary vinyl bars, ALL EARS “is not just about music”, but aims to help rediscover the art of true listening. Curated, created and hosted by prolific Sydney DJ and tastemaker Andrew Levins, the series will showcase some of the most iconic vinyl albums played in full, heard the exact way that was intended by the artist: uninterrupted and on high-fidellity sound, powered by Sonos’ audio systems.

The series debut will feature Pink Floyd and The Wizard of Oz with Dark Side Of The Rainbow, which pairs the 1973 Pink Floyd album The Dark Side of the Moon with the 1939 film, at Marrickville’s Mixtape Brewing & Bar on March 13. On March 19, St Peters’ Future Brewing will celebrate 15 years of Outkast’s Stankonia, INXS’ hit album Kick will play at Chuck and Sons Brewing Co on March 26, Radiohead’s Kid A will also celebrate 16 years at Camperdown’s Wayward on April 3rd, and the series will close with Ethiopian jazz pioneer Mulatu Astatke’s Mulatu of Ethiopia album playing at Wildflower Marrickville on April 10.

ALL EARS comes as a collaboration between Sonos and The Inner West Ale Trail, a collection of the area’s most exciting independent breweries. The Inner West is already well-known as the Craft Beer Capital of Australia, and this event further establishes its status as a necessary stop for locals, interstate and international visitors.

“We created the Inner West Ale Trail to put a spotlight on the incredible independent breweries that have turned this region into an essential stop for beer lovers worldwide,” said Pete Philip of Wayward Brewing and Inner West Ale Trail. “ALL EARS is an amazing way to show how these spaces can evolve into immersive cultural venues, giving people a reason to slow down, listen, and truly experience music.”

The trail has garnered support from the Office of 24-Hour Economy Commissioner's district development programs which help facilitate collaboration between districts, local businesses, creatives, artists and other players in the going-out economy. ALL EARS marks an important step forward in redefining Sydney’s nightlife and cultural programming. Bridging music, hospitality and immersive, state-of-the-art technology, the series is a unique showcase of Sydney’s after-dark scene.
