Brit band follow-up Laneway gigs and top ten album with a headline tour.
UK indiepop kids Alt-J have confirmed they will return to Australia for a series of headline shows in July.
The band's spot on the recent Laneway festival tour boosted their An Awesome Wave album to top ten status here and the band scored three spots in triple j's Hottest 100 of 2012 (appearing at number three with Breezeblocks).
Alt-J first toured here for a set of club shows in October and, like their one-off headline show at Sydney's Metro Theatre during the Laneway tour, they sold out in minutes.
This time around they have placated west coast fans by adding in their very first headline show in Perth.
