Hard rock and funk metal, together at last.

More Alter Bridge More Alter Bridge

Modern rock favourites Alter Bridge and funk metal royalty Living Colour are teaming up for two big Soundwave sideshows when they're in the country next month.

Led by vocal powerhouse Myles Kennedy with three of the members of US radio rock band Creed behind him, the band quickly became one of the most revered hard rock and alternative metal bands around, scoring mammoth praise for their aggressive style of music showcased nicely on their three studio records.

Living Colour are from another era altogether, the band forming way back in 1983, though not really coming to prominence until the release of their much loved debut album Vivid in 1988. They had a huge hit with the song Cult Of Personality, which even won them a Grammy, but the pioneering funk metal group have five great records featuring all manner of cool shit that fans will be thrilled to see.
