Alice Springs Announce New Indigenous Music And Arts Festival

A brand new indigenous music and arts event known as the Mbantua Festival has been announced for October.

The five-day bonanza will feature an array of musical performances, dances, theatre productions, film screenings and workshops, all highlighting the scope of talent in the local indigenous community.

More details on the program will be unveiled at the official launch on Thursday 30 May at the Old Telegraph Station in Alice Springs.

Mbantua Festival will take place from Wednesday 9 to Sunday 13 October. More details can be found on the official website.
