Alice SkyeWergaia singer-songwriter Alice Skye is kicking the week off in style, today announcing she’s inked a deal with 123 Agency while confirming a run of co-headline dates with Emily Wurramara.
After being awarded the inaugural First Peoples Emerging Artist Award this past March, the rising star has this week claimed the honour of being triple j Unearthed’s Feature Artist, so no doubt we’ll be hearing a lot more of her latest singles, Friends With Feelings and 60%.
“Her songs sparkle with a sensitivity and maturity well beyond her years, accompanied by the gentle and hauntingly sparse melodies of a piano score,” 123 Agency said of Skye.
