Melbourne's own Alex Lahey is set to take over US screens next week with her appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers.

Lahey announced her performance — which will be shown this coming Thursday in the US — via her social media accounts and is clearly stoked to be playing the show, saying "I just called my mum to tell her I’m playing Late Night with Seth Meyers this coming Thursday!" while displaying a huge thumbs up.

Lahey is currently touring the United Kingdom before heading over to the US next week in celebration of her debut album, I Love You Like A Brother.
