Ainslie Wills Announces Album And Tour

The Melbourne songstress will drop her debut LP next month.

Melbourne-based melodist Ainslie Wills has announced she will release her debut album You Go Your Way I'll Go Mine on Monday 4 March, and that she will be taking it on the road with a national tour, kicking off in early May.

The album is a powerful debut, comprising of 12 tracks filled with atmospheric strings, light-hearted percussion and textured guitar layers, all of which compliment her swelling, soulful vocals. Wills sites the recording process of Feist's Metals as an inspiration, and as such, has recorded her own debut in a similar fashion - over 10 days, at a beach house, in the dead of Winter.
