Plus, a 2020 headline tour announcement!
Aussie hip hop maestro Adrian Eagle is on a roll ahead of BIGSOUND next week, today unveiling his debut EP alongside news he’s signed with Island Records Australia.
Forthcoming EP MAMA – which features fan favourites Housing Trust, 17 Again and AOK - will drop September 20 via Island Records Australia/Universal Music Australia before the rapper hits the road in early 2020 for a headline stint in support.
“Adrian Eagle is an incredible talent with a unique and beautiful voice that impacts listeners instantaneously,” Universal Music A&R consultant and music producer Scott Horscroft said.
“The buzz around his new music is infectious. It's very exciting to be working with Michael Taylor [Managing Director of Universal Music Australia], and the team on supporting Adrian in his next phase of record making.”
On MAMA, Adrian Eagle said: “The EP has been a work in progress for the past few years of my life, and lyrically accumulating the lessons I learned throughout my entire life up until this point.
