Adam Young Releases New Solo Album

5 February 2016 | 5:04 pm | Staff Writer

It's called 'Elementary Carnival Blues'.

Key member of Big Heavy Stuff and The Daisygrinders Adam Young has loosed his solo project on the world.

It's called Elementary Carnival Blues - a ten-track genre bender that stands on par with alt rock legends like The Jayhawks and Ryan Adams without abandoning Young's roots. It features a wealth of Aussie talent, with Katie Brianna, Corinna Steel and Jeff Mercer comprising a fraction of the prominent musos to take guest spots on the LP. The Sydney launch of the album has been announced for 19 Mar while national dates will be released in the near future.
