All Day Venus is set to drop Friday 20 September

More Adalita More Adalita

One of Australia's favourite female rockers, Adalita  has announced her highly anticipated second solo album All Day Venus  will be released on Friday 20 September - heck yeah!

She tantilised us in July by releasing the title track as the first glimpse of the album, and now reveals that the first official single Warm Like You will be released on Monday. If you can't wait that long, we've got the streamed version of the track here:

On the long awaited release of her second album, Adalita says, “This record is really about so many things but mainly I think it's about growing up. I think I came to a point as an adult where I realised a lot of new things about myself mainly through the transformative nature of romantic love gone wrong. In tandem with this theme I was also very drawn to beautiful images of the female form, flowers, fountains and waterways presided over by a female figure, sometimes young and innocent, sometimes a dark, powerful huntress. For me this relates to the mystery of the feminine and the sacred nature of beauty.”

So mark Friday 20 September in your calendars if you're keen to get your hands on a copy of All Day Venus by Adalita, it's bound to be a killer!
