Abiotic have announced that they have entered The Basement Recording to start work on their second album. The band is working with producer Jamie King (Between the Buried and Me, The Human Abstract, Glass Casket).
Guitarist John Matos made the following comments on why they chose King:
"Jamie King is the man and we can't wait to hear what he has in store for our sound. We wanted to be as prepared as possible so that we have that wiggle room to be creative during tracking. Being solid on how everything will go before hand leaves room to try new things and can take a record to the next level."
