Entires now open for Keep One Eye On The Stranger
Perth singer Abbe May has signed on to mentor four female artists at Tasmanian songwriting and mentorship retreat Keep One Eye On The Stranger this July.
The Bruny Island four-date program will take place at Adventure Bay Retreat though a series of intensive workshops with May in an effort to nurture and provide guidance for promising upcoming Tasmanian artists.
After the retreat, the artists will then be able to showcase their new works at Voicebox, a part of the Festival of Voices program which will also host May and her Badass Choir.
"I feel lucky to be invited to assist in encouraging, showcasing and nurturing female talent and providing a platform for career growth,” May said.
