A Life Once Lost talk new album

Enduring Pennsylvanian metallers A Life Once Lost have taken time to discuss their upcoming album in an open chat with music news site Noisecreep.

Talking to the AOL run site recently, vocalist Robert Meadows affirms the band's pride in their forthcoming fifth studio album and follow-up to 2007's 'Iron Gag'.

"We're making [the album] a more monstrous thing than its been in the past. I feel like when this record drops it's gonna floor people. It's a really incredible thing and I'm really happy with it," Meadows told Noisecreep.

In addition, the frontman points to his contributions to the yet-to-be-titled album.

"I'm trying to push myself harder…I feel like I'm working on making more of a presence -- not that I haven't made a presence on prior records, but I feel that this is a make or break record for us."

2011 has so far been a busy year for A Life Once Lost, signing to Seasons of Mist and having long time drummer Justin Graves announce his departure from the group, which will take effect at the end of the month.
