30 Seconds To Mars sued for 30 million dollars

According to Wired.com, 30 Seconds To Mars' record label Virgin are suing the band for $30 million dollars for failing to produce a new album. No one from the band has been able to be reached for comment as of yet, which is understandable considering they sold an excess of 1 million copies of their 2005 record "A Beautiful Lie".

I'm guessing the guys are living it up down Mexico way. Except vocalist Jared Leto, who is more than likely making the prequel to the Passion Of The Christ. I'm tipping him to write, direct and star in the Hollywood blockbuster, where he would play a struggling carpenter turned pop musician who sells his soul to become a rock god.

If Mel Gibson is reading this, sorry sugar tits but I already bought the rights.
