Canadian heavy metal quartet 3 Inches of Blood have entered the recording studio to begin work on full-length number five.
The band offered insights via a host of recent Facebook posts when writing the following:
"We're heading to Vogville Studios today to begin recording our fifth record, and we're very excited for this. It's always time for Heavy Metal!"
"DAY ONE in the studio was FUCKING EXCELLENT! Ash truly beat the shit out of his drums, and he's going to do it again tomorrow! This calls for a beer!"
3 Inches of Blood's last studio album was 2009's 'Here Waits Thy Doom'.
