This year’s National Live Music Awards nominees have been announced, with the 2020 winners set to be revealed next month.
Local favourites Sampa The Great, Violent Soho, Ball Park Music, Genesis Owusu, WAAX and more are all vying for various awards, while first-time nominees include the likes of Lime Cordiale, Grace Barbé, Ruby Fields, Ceres and Sly Withers.
“Once again, I am inspired and buoyed by the quality and diversity of nominations for the 2020 National Live Music Awards,” National Live Music Awards Board Member Katie Noonan said.
“Live music in Australia is truly world-class and these nominations are the evidence.
“Our industry was decimated within a matter of days mid-March and will be the last to recover, but we fight on - to protect our amazing and resilient industry and all the artists who make it the world-class beast it is!
