Untitled Group has expanded its operations with a series of strategic hires and promotions.

Leading today’s announcement is the appointment of Daniel Morgan, joining the Untitled team as Artist Manager.

Morgan has over a decade of experience in the music industry across promotion, artist management, label management, and agency work. He’s worked with the likes of Dom Dolla, LUUDE, Cosmo’s Midnight, Odd Mob, and more, and most recently, was the General Manager at Astral People.

At Untitled Group, Morgan will manage artists including Sam Alfred, WOLTERS, and STUM. He said of the new role, “I’m really excited for this next chapter of my career, and taking this step feels like a culmination of my journey in the industry so far.

“I’ve admired Untitled Group for quite some time, and I’m thrilled to work alongside the rest of the team to build sustainable businesses for the artists on the Untitled Group roster.”

In addition to securing Morgan, Untitled Group has announced the appointments of two new Tour Operations Managers: Stef Russin and Lillian Birch.

Russin’s appointment comes with two decades of experience in promoting live music, having promoted big-name artists such as Keith Urban, KISS, Andrea Bocelli, and Amy Shark. Birch also brings extensive experience, particularly in large-scale production. Birch has produced over 250 shows at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, as well as managed national tours and festivals.

Untitled Group has also announced that Booker, artist manager and festival programmer Declan Long, has been appointed Programming Admin Assistant in its Melbourne office. Additionally, the company has announced several promotions, with Mia Leigh Ford named Tour Director, Charlotte Ibbotson named Senior Tour Operations Manager, and Michelle Webb appointed as Programming Manager.

Today’s announcements arrive as Untitled Group experiences extraordinary momentum. The company, which represents Beyond The Valley festival, saw tickets for this year’s edition sell out in under an hour, while the event, as well as Ability Fest, have secured nominations at the 2025 ARIA Awards.

In a statement, Untitled Group Founder and Managing Partner Nick Greco said of the new appointments and promotions, “Our team is at the heart of everything we do, and these promotions and new hires reflect our ongoing investment in people as well as the growth of Untitled Group.

“With key team members stepping into senior roles, and Dan joining to strengthen our management team, we’re building a team that matches the scale and ambition of our artists and events. These appointments ensure we continue delivering exceptional experiences for artists, audiences, and partners alike.”
