Wet Bandits Announce NSW Tour for New Single “Not Blue”

This April and May, indie rock group Wet Bandits are hitting the road across Queensland and New South Wales to celebrate the release of their highly anticipated new single, “Not Blue”. Known for their dreamy, guitar-driven sound and emotionally charged songwriting, Finn Roberts and his band are ready to bring a mix of fresh material and fan favourites to the stage, delivering a show packed with catchy melodies, introspective lyricism, and pure indie-rock energy.

Supporting them on tour is Sunny Coast group Bakerfield. A rising force in the Australian indie scene and inspired by the likes of The Strokes, Arctic Monkeys, Rum Jungle, and Hockey Dad, Bakerfield deliver a punchy mix of driving rhythms, infectious hooks, and raw energy that’s sure to get the crowd moving.Special Dual Headline Show in Woy Woy with The Cannanes

As part of the tour, Wet Bandits will play a special dual headline show in Woy Woy alongside Australian indie pop legends The Cannanes. Formed in Sydney in the mid-’80s, The Cannanes have built an enduring legacy with their D.I.Y. spirit, primitivist pop aesthetic, and cult following across the U.S. and Europe. With a discography spanning decades—including underground classics like A Love Affair with Nature and Short Poppy Syndrome—their influence on the indie scene is undeniable. Known for their jangly guitars, evocative lyricism, and ever-evolving lineup, The Cannanes continue to captivate audiences with their unique brand of unpolished, heartfelt indie pop.
