“One of Brisbane’s newer five-pieces, Girl with Dog takes to the stage once again at the Junk Bar on the 16th of October to put forth a selection of original material and carefully selected covers. Comprised of Lotte Lockefeer (vocal), Ben Kane (guitar), Tobi Gordon (bass), Dedon (drums) and Josh Hand (guitar), the band is inspired by artists from Bonnie Raitt to Bon Iver and shall to deliver some of Brisbane's finest blues-rock music in an evening that promises to be far more enjoyable than a Thursday has any right to be.”
