VIDEO PREMIERE: Unbroken Expanse - 'Bootstrap Billy'

Melbourne-based rockers Unbroken Expanse are today unveiling their new single and video, Bootstrap Billy, via The Music.

The single tells the tale of a mythical character known as Bootstrap Billy.

"Bootstrap Billy was a character. He sure knew how to spin a yarn. He was always keen for a good time and he didn’t mind rolling up his sleeves either. He loved a drink and loved a laugh and he loved to dance along to the band," Unbroken Expanse stated.

"As long as anyone had known him, he never took off his boots. He’d been on some wild adventures in those boots. Unfortunately, Billy’s boots would eventually lead him to his demise. And although Billy has passed on, this song lives on in his name.

"In the name of Billy. In the name of always living life to its fullest. In the name of rock‘n’roll. There are pieces of Bootstrap Billy inside all of us. He’s the divine spark that drives the thirst for a good time. The larrikin at the end of the bar. He’s the cheeky grin bubbling up at your lips.
