VIDEO PREMIERE: The Money War - 'Life Is Better In Dreams'

Indie duo The Money War are back celebrating the joy of globetrotting and we here at theMusic.com.au have the exclusive premiere of their new video clip for Life Is Better In Dreams.

The first single taken from their forthcoming EP, the pair were inspired after one half of the duo, Dylan Ollivierre, returned to his ancestral homeland: the Caribbean island of Bequia.

“It’s been 10 years since I visited and it has reconnected [me] with a stronger sense of who I am,” Ollivierre said. 

“We wanted to make a song that felt like one of those strange dreams that you wake up from and think, 'WTF?'

"I came up with the song in a dream which is some crazy inception shit when you think about it. The video clip shows us both as kids in our natural habitats; Pepper on her family farm in regional WA and myself in the Caribbean."

The Money War will take the track on the road this August and September, including a stint at BIGSOUND.
