Northern Tasmanian pop rockers Spkezy explore new sounds with their latest track, Dopesick.

Premiering today via The Music, the new single is the first taken from the band’s Midnight Club EP, due for release November 13.

"With Dopesick, we really wanted to push the ‘80s elements a little harder than we previously had,” Spkezy guitarist/key player Joel Hallam told The Music.

“Doing everything in-house, we were able to experiment with different instruments like saxophone and utilise more prominent synth parts, but still keep the essence of what the Spkezy sound is comprised of."
