"Realising the exact destination of where you are in your life can be pretty hard to do."
The latest track from Brisbane singer-songwriter Robbie Miller is one of the oldest from his highly anticipated forthcoming debut album.
Its foundation was laid during a breakup in 2017 and it’s since become a track of self-realisation and hope, something its accompanying music video, premiering today via The Music, conveys well.
"Realising the exact destination of where you are in your life can be pretty hard to do sometimes and up until a few years ago it was something that I had no clue how to do,” Miller told The Music of Bitterness.
“When I finally did realise though, my life changed. This is the narrative undertone used throughout the Bitterness clip. That of finding yourself in one place and setting course for another."
