Nomadic Aussie muso Mitch King is in the midst of a string of shows to support his recently released single, Burning, and he's kindly provided theMusic.com.au with a premiere look at the song's accompanying video.

The roving performer does more than just talk about adhering to the ideal of the travelling troubadour; living out of his van, King is always on the move, taking his earnest brand of roots music to every far-flung nook and cranny he can.

The song itself was produced by Blake Malone, a partnership that King describes as being "the most enjoyable experience I've had in the studio so far".

"I'm very content with this track and it's an accurate interpretation of my thoughts at the moment," he said. "We've brought new ideas to the table and I'm chuffed with the way this one's turned out."

The song is a fittingly humble and down-to-earth accompaniment, setting the singer-songwriter among some stunning natural scenery as the tune's laid-back vibes able along atop the visual complement.

Mitch King continues his Burning tour in Forster, NSW, this weekend, with further dates lined up in Sydney, Fremantle, Dunsborough, Wandiligong and Melbourne, where he'll close the run with a show at The Workers Club on Thursday 26 October.

He's already pleased plenty of punters over the year so far, too, having sold out a series of headline shows as well as graced the stage at events such as St Kilda Festival, Byron Bay Bluesfest and Blues On Broadbeach.
