VIDEO PREMIERE: Milk Buttons - 'When The Sky Looks Different'

Milk Buttons' have recently released new single, When The Sky Looks Different, taken from their third and most ambitious EP yet, The Ornamental Poppies Blow. 

The project consists of the Melbourne and Brisbane songwriting duo Cameron Bower and Jackson Muir.

The lead single's music video, directed by Liam O'Brien, is premiering today via The Music. 

"It's not often I remember the date or time when writing a song. However, I can remember pretty clearly that this was conceived on Australia/Invasion Day," said Muir of the single.

"It is a day of immense grief for many but one of specific personal grief for me. A childhood friend had taken his life on this day fours years back. So needless to say this day brings up a myriad of emotions."
