VIDEO PREMIERE: Girl York – ‘Lost At Sea’

The latest film clip from WA indie rock trio Girl York is a personal one for vocalist Shaun Martin.

Shot at his family farm in Northam in the wheat and hay fields, it shows an important side of him, while also capturing the meaning of the song itself.

“I wanted the Lost At Sea music video to be personal,” Martin said.

“Whatever we went with it had to mean something because the song means so much to me.

Lost At Sea is taken from the band’s forthcoming Dreaming In 505 EP, set for release on November 30.

The EP’s lead single, Lost At Sea is a “cry for help in the vast sea of life that provides a comforting sense of direction and hopeful relief”.
