Channelling a wealth of Blade Runner-inspired synthesizer, Brisbane rockers Aerials have delivered a dramatic, riff-fuelled hit in Drawing Blood and its accompanying video.
Drawing Blood marks a new chapter for the band who, after spending months in pre-production, took a step away from self-production for the first time, enlisting Aussie legends Clint Vincent and Luke Palmer of Dead Letter Circus fame to help channel their live energy.
"Aerials are one of those bands that look to take their sound into the future, by drawing on the awesome elements of the past,” Vincent said.
“Working with them is always exciting, as you know that you are going to end up with amazing songs."
