"We found the only way to get them to stay still was to feed them constantly."
Stop what you're doing and get around this new video from Aerborn - you won't be disappointed.
The clip, made for the Brisbane singer-songwriter's latest single Show Me, is the most wholesome thing we've seen in a while so, of course, we're jazzed to premiere it.
Directed by Aerborn's brother, Jesse Bowen-Saunders, the idea was inspired by an initial joke about the song's inherent cuteness.
"The concept for this video was actually the very first idea I came up with," Aerborn told The Music.
"Show Me was such a cute song, I was joking when I said to my brother, 'What about guinea pigs in a house or something?' But the idea stuck.
"It ended up being about being rooted in a monotonous cycle and blaming other people for your situation, but then realising that you’re the only one that can truly free yourself from that feeling. It goes really well with the uplifting lyrics of the song."

The clip itself was all about making something DIY and creative.
"For us, making this video was more about showcasing our skills and creativity and making something timeless, rather than spending lots of money. My brother, our friends and I got together to do it all DIY and the whole shoot only cost us $100," Aerborn said.
"I borrowed my friend’s guinea pigs and there were so many funny moments during filming - with the guinea pigs crashing through the cardboard walls of their house, going to the toilet on all of the cardboard furniture, and nearly escaping into the garden. We found the only way to get them to stay still was to feed them constantly, so my brother had to spend hours editing the food out of the shots. It was a wild day!"
Honestly, guinea pigs are such divas.
