What's the best thing about summer? Meeting so many positive people ready to embrace the coming year with the intention to enjoy life.

What has been your soundtrack to this summer? Rewound the clock and listened to Calibre's Even If album and really into the Manchester music. MC DRS, Dub Phizix, Chimpo and Skittles have been in my phone too.

What have you been eating and drinking this summer? I have been avoiding fast food and eating lots of lean meat, fish and plenty of veg... I must admit to drinking lots of dark beer in Berlin though.

Who are you pumped to see at Vibes On A Summer's Day? I am definitely going to check out Jazzie B's set because it will probably take me back to the days of the Africa Centre in Covent Garden.

What can we expect from your set at Vibes On A Summer's Day? A journey into some of the drum'n'bass that ticks my boxes and I'd like to share it with whoever comes to have a listen and a dance.
