What's the best thing about summer? The beach, of course! I live on Sydney's northern beaches and the beach is pretty much central to life here.

What have you been eating and drinking this summer? Up until recently too much of both but I've just started a liver cleanse diet and I'm suffering pretty badly from withdrawals from my Xmas and New Year diet!
