Highlight Of The Decade

The inaugural Download Festival Sydney event in March 2019 was a simply flooring experience. It was a riot, a bold and beautiful riot! And I'm still recovering!

Fever 333, Airbourne, Behemoth, Endless Heights, The Amity Affliction, Devilskin, Halestorm, Pennywise, Sum 41, and Ghost! Just a few of the amazing music highlights. Couple that with the good vibes of the heavy music community and the sensational members of Aussie music media I got to meet in person, it's an experience I'll never forget.

Prediction For Next Decade

Emo will see a massive resurgence (all hail MCR!), Australia will experience a recession, KISS will finally make it out here for a full tour performed entirely from motorised wheelchairs with in-built pyrotechnics, and gender (in)equality in the music industry won't be a topic of conversation anymore because we'll start concerning ourselves with the quality of the music being made and not what's between a person's legs.
