How did you get together? Mikey (guitar) and I met working at a supermarket. He introduced me to his mates Nick (bass) and Josh (mando/uke/syth/vocals). We met Luke (drums) later who, coincidently worked at the same supermarket after we’d left.
Sum up your musical sound in four words? Rock/funk/pop/folk.
If you could support any band in the world – past or present – who would it be? Probably Red Hot Chili Peppers – we have a mutual love for the band plus, they’d be wild to hang with.
You’re being sent into space, no iPod, you can only bring one album – what would it be? This would definitely change depending on which member of the band you’d speak to. But for me it’d be One Of These Nights by The Eagles.
Greatest rock’n’roll moment of your career to date? Probably standing side of stage watching Grinspoon at a festival that we’d both played. Joe Hansen held his bass up for us to strum during a song. Pretty cool.
Why should people come and see your band? No one is writing the music we’re writing. It’s an eclectic mix of our varied musical influences. Prove me wrong!
