The first record I bought with my own money was… Silverchair Frogstomp. It was on cassette and I got it from Brashes.
The record I put on when I’m really miserable is… Saves The Day, Stay What You Are.
The record I put on when I bring someone home is… Lenny Kravitz 5, works every time. (Times tried: 1.)
My favourite party album is… Beck Guero. Has it all. The guy is an absolute freak, he pioneered so much and still sounds relevant today.
The best album to comedown to is… Bright Eyes – Cassadaga ‘cos no matter how low you get, he has been lower.
The most surprising record in my collection is… Surprising, as in not shameful at all? Probably the Delta Goodrem DVD that I have not watched more than ten times (I swear).
The last thing I bought/downloaded was… Lana Del Rey Ultra Violence. Hated it at first, but have a healthy respect for it now. She fits into the character really well and makes it sexy and appealing.
The record I’m loving right now is… Curtis Mayfield, Superfly. Gotta love the old school soul and disco.
