As part of Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, Pastuso's Chef Alejandro Saravia has created a unique menu that will take you all the way to Peru.
On 7 March, go on a culinary journey through this unique Southern American food culture.
Start at the coast, move through the mountains and finish in the jungle. You'll get to learn about the influences of modern Peruvian cuisine and experience the joys of its diverse flavours.
The dinner will be paired with mapping projections of the regions, which have been specially curated and mixed by RMIT industrial Design Food Terror studio.
