There will be chocolate, and lots of it — that's all you need to know about SmoothFM's Smooth Festival Of Chocolate. The Rocks will be inundated with inconceivable amounts of chocolate on 12 & 13 Sep and for the first time you'll be able to grab one of Australia's favourites while you're there.
The Arnott's Tim Tam Temptation Tent will allow festival-goers to indulge in the classics as well as the chance win a $20,000 two-carat diamond ring, a collaboration of Arnott's Tim Tam and Australian Chocolate Diamond. Treating yourself, indeed.
The festival is a free event for all and attendees will be able to enjoy demonstrations by a selection of Australia's best pastry chefs and patissieres at The Callebaut Test Kitchen, hosted by SmoothFM's Cameron Daddo.
If pure chocolate is more for you, chocolatier Jodie Van De Valdan will be crafting a chocolate sculpture over the two days of the event at The Chocolatier's Quarters. The quarters of cocoa will feature more than 60 stalls of boutique chocolate goodies and, yes, there will be free samples.
